Refund policy

As our resin art pieces are made-to-order and individually custom-crafted, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

 

Damaged in Transit & Shipping Issues
While all our resin artworks are carefully packed in protective wrap, fragile items can occasionally experience rough handling during transit.

Because our items are custom made-to-order, we cannot offer cash refunds. However, if your order arrives broken, cracked, or significantly damaged due to courier transit, we will happily create and ship a replacement piece to you completely free of charge under the following strict conditions:

  • You must notify us via email within 24 hours of the courier tracking timestamp marking the package as "Delivered".
  • Your email must include clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged item as well as photographs of the exterior shipping box showing how it arrived.
  • Minor superficial variations, tiny, microscopic air bubbles, or slight colour shifting are natural characteristics of hand-poured art resin and are not considered manufacturing defects.
